Eric Louca is respected for his vast experience as a legal advisor within the automotive industry.
Eric was an Executive Lawyer with Long Saad Woodbridge for a seven year period until 2015, before embarking on a successful three year period as General Counsel of Audi Australia. He returned to our firm in April 2018 and heads our Automotive Law practice.
Eric’s unique experience in both private practice and the corporate world adds a genuine commercial edge to his specialist legal expertise in the automotive industry. He has also acted in his earlier years for numerous dealer councils and dealers, which gives him a balanced and rounded understanding of the distributor and dealer relationship and the industry at large.
Eric acts for numerous automotive distributor clients of our firm, on matters including dealer agreement and disclosure document advice, competition and consumer law advice, advertising vetting and advice, customer complaints, dealer disputes, and general contractual advice.
In addition, Eric’s experience in competition and consumer law, contract law and franchising, sees him advising many clients outside the automotive industry, including product distributors and retailers.
Eric has Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business degrees and was admitted as a Solicitor in 1999.
